TBYM Resource Request Terms & Conditions

TBYM wishes to support volunteers in spreading awareness through printed materials such as flyers, posters, and business cards, and remains grateful for their efforts. However, due to financial constraints and the costs associated with printing and postage, all requests are subject to review and approval based on the organisation’s available resources.

1. Request Review & Approval

• TBYM will assess all requests based on current stock, budget, and priority needs.

• If a request exceeds available resources, it will be declined, and the volunteer will be notified of the reason.

• Approval of a request does not guarantee future requests will be granted under the same conditions.

2. Distribution Responsibility

• Volunteers must specify the intended distribution locations when making a request.

• If opting to receive resources to their home address, the volunteer assumes full responsibility for their distribution using any means available to them.

• Failure to properly distribute materials may impact future requests from the volunteer.

3. Financial Responsibility & Limitations

• Given the cost of printing and postage, TBYM reserves the right to limit the quantity of materials provided.

• Whenever possible, volunteers are encouraged to arrange for digital distribution methods to reduce costs.

• TBYM may request confirmation of distribution efforts (e.g., photos of posted flyers, reports on outreach).

By submitting a resource request, the volunteer agrees to these terms. TBYM reserves the right to amend this policy as needed.
