Induction and Training: We will provide comprehensive induction on TBYMUK's mission, your role, and necessary training. Training methods include phone/video calls, discussions, PowerPoints, short assessments, and reading materials. Training is mandatory within the first month to ensure effectiveness and continuous growth.
Supervision, Support, and Flexibility: Clear standards will be set for our services and communicated to you, and we will offer constant support and encouragement to maintain these standards. A supervisor will contact you regularly to discuss your volunteering experience. We remain flexible to ensure your role aligns with your strengths and aspirations.
Expenses: As of now, any expenses related to your role are your responsibility. However, as we secure funding for TBYMUK teams, there may be changes in the future to include reasonable expenses.
Health and Safety: Adequate training and feedback will be provided to support our health and safety policy.
Insurance: If necessary, you should seek insurance coverage for your voluntary position. Please note that TBYMUK is not liable for personal equipment or property damage.

Time Commitment: You will strive to meet the agreed time commitments* and standards, giving you reasonable notice for exceptions.
